WE CAN REALLY TRANSFORM THE ACOUSTICS OF YOUR SPACE!

Acoustisolve sorted out the acoustics at Burton Memorial Hall.

They were excellent, and I really can't praise them enough.

Rob came out quickly and assessed the problem (a very noisy main hall with an echo of over 4 seconds!) Rob proposed a series of acoustic panels on the ceiling and upper parts of 3 walls and the difference is astonishing!

Musicians have said that the sound improvement is way beyond what they had expected, and that they enjoy playing in the hall now as the sound is so good.

Pre-school users are extremely happy, as the noisy children no longer make working with them difficult. Drama also has benefited with the improvements, and actors can now be heard clearly!

Acoustisolve made the arrangements to come and work round existing bookings, and did a good tidy job, they started when they said they would, finished on time, and left everywhere clean and tidy afterwards. Acoustisolve was also a fraction of the cost of the other quotations received and were extremely easy and pleasant to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending them and their workmanship.

Rob,

Very many thanks. Yes, I agree that it adds visually to the hall as well. I am copying this to the other members of the committee for information. I will have to have a look at your website featuring our hall. I am sure everyone who uses the hall will be very pleased with the result

''After the refurbishment, although the hall was a vast improvement on its predecessor, there was a problem with reverberation time, making it very noisy when a group was using it. At coffee mornings etc it was very difficult to have a conversation. To address the problem the committee sought the help of a company from Yorkshire called Acoustisolve. As a result, 16 acoustic panels were fitted to the ceiling and walls. The improvement in the hall's acoustics has to be heard to be believed. The reverberation time was reduced from 3.7 seconds to around 0.8 seconds. Everything sounds better now, including the film sound. Thank you Acoustisolve!'' - Ayton village hall newsletter

Yippee, the hall has been decorated and the sound panels fitted.

The new Village Hall Chairman, Paul Want, has been busy organising a new, shiny finish to the floors, as well as the installation of acoustic panels in the big hall and the decorating. The general consensus is that the acoustic panels work well and that large groups meeting in the big hall will now be able to hear themselves speak.

''Quotes have been received from 3 companies. Only 1 company, Acoustisolve, visited the village hall and carried out some testing.  ''The panels have reduced the echo to less than 1 second and those who have used the hall since have found it to be a much more enjoyable experience.'' "I attach a couple of photos to show you the finished product. The visual result is very acceptable and the initial sound reverberation improvement appears to solve our problem.  Rob was brilliant and is a credit to you. He was meticulous in his preparation, positioning and tidying up after he left." -Chris, Ryton village hall.

Binley Woods village hall.

I thought I would give you a bit of feedback on the improved sound quality in Binley Woods Village Hall.

Our Knit & Natter group consists of 16 older ladies, many of whom wear hearing aids and have found the Morrison room very noisy, and they were unable to hold a conversation unless the person was next to them.  However, on Monday last, 10 of us sat around a large table and had a conversation between us all. My heart swelled to hear them praising the new acoustic boards.

In the main hall, I attended our W.I. meeting, where usually we need a microphone to enable our 30 members to hear the president speak. However, this week, as an experiment, we didn't use the microphone, and everyone was able to hear the president clearly. The compliments continue to come in and I am so grateful for the work that you carried out.
